The Company

NBB Shelters is a division of The No Butt Bin Company Limited, Registered in England and Wales – Company Number 02955153 whose registered office address is 5-7 Newbold Street, Leamington Spa, CV32 4HN

The Customer

The corporate entity, firm or individual ordering the goods from the Company. All orders are made on the following terms & conditions alone.

The No Butts Bin Company Ltd sales representatives have no authority to make any representation or promise on the company’s behalf or to vary these terms & conditions.


Unless stated to be fixed for a stated period, The No Butts Bin Company Ltd reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice. All prices are excluding VAT.


The Company will agree to issue the Customer with credit subject to status. The Company will conduct one or more credit searches on the Customer during the quotation and order process in order to establish an acceptable level of Credit. Results of these searches will be retained by the Company, but will not be shared with any outside party.


Subject to the results of the credit check(s), the value of the order, and the bespoke nature of any shelter\walkway being provided the Company may request a deposit payment to be made at the point of placing the order.


The customer will agree to pay the full invoice amount less any deposit already paid within 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Risk & Title

The risk of the Goods passes to the Customer at the point of delivery, or upon completion of Installation. The Customer shall hold the goods in a fiduciary capacity until such time as full payment has been received. Title and full ownership of the goods will only pass to the Customer on receipt by the Company of all monies due under the order.


If you request us to install your shelter(s), our installation team will require unhindered access to the site area once arrived on site, all No Butts Bin Company staff are aware that an induction may take place prior to work commencing however should this delay the start of the installation we reserve the right to charge for this time accordingly. As mentioned at your site survey we take all fixing points at face value, should we discover once excavation has started that areas are unsuitable or extra work is required, we reserve the right to charge for any additional work. In the unlikely event that further work is required we will inform you prior to work commencing.


The Company will supply the customer with products on the condition that the customer will test them in actual use and will have determined whether the products are suitable for particular use to which they are to be applied. In the event of the product not meeting the customer’s requirements, it must be returned to the Company in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the circumstances, a delivery charge and\or re-stocking fee may apply.

Please note, if you wish to return the shelter or part thereof you purchased after the 30 day period then a restocking fee / delivery charge will be applicable. If the shelter was installed by our installation team, you may still be liable for the cost of installation.

Please note we are unable to accept returns on bespoke custom made products as part of our 30 day no quibble guarantee.

Damaged & Missing Products

The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 7 working days of receipt of delivery. The Company reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 7working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

In such circumstances, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any credits and refunds will be made only after the Company’s receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition.

Limit of Liability

We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption; neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.

Online Product Images and Descriptions

Images in the company’s brochure or on its website may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by the Company will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.

Please also note, that many of our products are shipped on pallets and as such will arrive flat packed and require assembly. NBB offer a full assembly service - please contact our sales team for a quotation.

Overseas Orders

The No Butts Bin Company reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.

Please note that all prices quoted exclude VAT. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.0% VAT is added.

Delivery Notice

We reserve the right to charge for re-shipping of orders due to customer error when entering delivery details. If we receive notification of an error within delivery address with sufficient time before that order is despatched, we will make every effort to amend the delivery address details.

Please note that Direct Ship products being delivered off Mainland Great Britain may be subject to supplier confirmation or an additional carriage charge. Our friendly sales team will contact you regarding the order if necessary.
