For orders made in the UK or in the European Union, 17.5% VAT must be added. To make it easier for you, we automatically include the tax at the checkout.

At NBB Floor Matting we try and make things as simple as possible and without any hidden surprises. All orders are shipped via Parcel Force at a standard rate of £9.50.
We don't pay more, why should you!
You can expect to receive your mat within three to fourteen days of placing your order. Should you wish to cancel your order, you have twenty-eight days to do so.
No Butts Customer Service...
NBB Floor Matting is committed to it's customer service. Our customer service department (0800 1777 052) is open during normal office hours. Unfortunately most businesses don't operate during normal office hours.
That's why we brought NBB Matting to the web in the first place, and it's the main reason for deploying an online customer service.
How does it work?:
Simply fill out the form and carefully select your type of Question from the pull down menu. Fill in the Question box, and press the 'Proceed »' button. It's just that simple.
Then...
- A confirmation eMail will be sent to you immediately to let you know that we have received your request.
- A customer service representative will be in touch with you either by eMail or by telephone within 12 hours.
- Most problems can be rectified within the first 24 hours. However should we require more time we will let you know within those first 24 hours.
